Abstract :
This paper introduces an on-line monitoring system of COD in waste water based on the optical absorption method. The system uses advanced processor STM32F103, advanced sequential injection platform, accurate optical measurement structure, efficient pressure digestion method, high resolution colorimetric module. Besides, the system combines with GB detection method, so it can provide reliable, accurate monitoring result of COD. In addition, the apparatus has the advantages of compact structure, low maintenance, long-term unattended automatic monitoring of COD in water, so it can be widely used in the sewage treatment plant, the pharmaceutical industry, the environmental protection department and monitoring department.
