Abstract :
The vehicle information detected by monitoring node is not consistent with the one in databases sometimes in the vehicle management. On the other hand, different monitor nodes may detect the same car-logo, in the case of which it is a fake one. This is harmful to the daily highway orders. The paper integrated the vehicle detection and recognition with the cloud computing in public security service of China. A cloud computing platform built upon the police network is able to provide the monitoring nodes all over the country with supercomputing and storing services. Therefore, it can achieve automatic detection, which is pratically helpful to maintain the daily highway orders.
