  • Abstract
A new topology for a CMOS charge-pump is described which exploits the charge injection phenomenon in MOS analog switches to obtain a high precision adjustable voltage without employing large capacitors. As a notable application for the proposed circuit, the design of an offset compensated comparator is discussed. Simulation results using a 0.13μm CMOS process are also reported.
