Abstract
Software process fusion has been reported that two processes can be fused together for team productivity. In this paper, we will discuss why and how two processes can actually be fused. We further examine two fused models: pair rarrsolo programming and solorarrpair programming. We also report, with two case studies in China, that the fusing of pairrarrsolo programming processes could actually be better than adopting either alone.
