Abstract
The teaching experiment of martial arts of public physical education in college was conducted for a period of 15 weeks, a total of 30 hours through the methods of teaching experiments, literature, and mathematical statistics. The experiment is divided into two parts, that is, multimedia assisted teaching and delay measurement, intends to solve such questions as ´difficult to get start´, ´difficult to grasp´, ´difficult to use´, which students feel in the course of studying martial arts, thus proving the feasibility of multimedia-aided teaching in skill teaching of public physical education of college. The research results show that: the basic results of skill evaluation, compliance achievements and level of skill regression of the experimental group, are obviously better than the control group, and there are significant differences in teaching result.
