Abstract :
This paper introduces a new Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNG) scheme based on the Variant Logic scheme, an extension of Cellular Automata (CA) to construct a PRNG. A list of classical methods, BBS, sha-1 and linear- congruent were compared, the measuring results show that the Variable Logic scheme can produce a better pseudo-random number series than the compared models.
