Abstract :
The automobile suspension system directly affects the vehicle riding comfort. Although the active suspensions which controlled by real-time feedback is superior to passive suspension on the vehicle riding comfort, they can not be widely used in a certain period due to the cost and the restrictions of reliability. So the passive suspension automobiles still have their absolute advantage. It is great significance to improve the riding comfort of the passive suspension automobiles when the vehicle is designing. This study starts with double tube of hydraulic shock absorber, the main study points as follow: modeling a damper by using neural network, analyzing the influence of relative speed to damper´s force, applying the neural network model of damper (NNMD) into the whole vehicle model, and making detailed analysis and matching parameters of the vehicle riding comfort. So a kind of idea and method are provided for the active design of damper in this study.
