Abstract :
As development of wireless communication, information technology and radio frequency identification technology, the Internet of Things (IoT) network architecture that can implement direct communication between human beings, human and machine, human and things as well as thins and things is increasingly clear. Based on introduction of related concepts of IoT, opportunities and challenges confronted to development of IoC in power communication was analyzed. Aiming at some practical application cases in fields of remote information query and modification, distance data acquisition and control, security monitoring as well as public service, the feasible application mode and development orientation of IoC in power system were discussed, which provides some reference to its development.
