Abstract :
The happening of forest fire has the characteristics of inevitability and chance. How can we effectively control firing disaster and make use of forest fire it is urgent to implement dynamically monitoring for forest fire. This paper, which analyzing comprehensively fire spreading model and some influenced internal & external factors, is concentrated on how to study fire spreading regularity and Fire simulation base on the knowledge of Maths and computer by means of GIS and RS, The system can monitor fire point in real time and extract forest fire in initial information through meteorological satellite ground received station that has been built.
