Abstract
Electron transport properties in nano-porous TiO2 films were evaluated by pulsed-laser-induced photocurrent measurements to optimize the films for dye-sensitized solar cells. The films prepared from nano-sized TiO2 suspension were annealed at 150, 350, 450, and 550°C. Apparent diffusion coefficients obtained for the samples annealed at 550°C showed the highest diffusion coefficient. The highest Isc value was observed for the dye-sensitized solar cell using the film annealed at 550°C, indicating the importance of electron transport therein
