Abstract
The voice communication via normal public telephony, being mobile or fixed, is getting some obstacles about long distance communication, based on costs and new technologies. Comparing low cost or zero cost, actually voice communication were found into a world computers network (Internet), using a specific communication mode that calls VoIP (voice over IP). Even though VoIP technology is not new, in the last 3 years, the application, products and new models at the market are becoming real, where free software have a big market margin, and the users can make use of it, discovering many mechanisms types for this system. This article presents the most available software at the Internet, and the broadband as a base to compare, connections forms with the receiver, delay and the signal quality of the systems in the intern network from Brazil.
