Abstract :
A fuzzy switching function F over n variables is a mapping from Vn to V , where V represents the closed interval [0,1], such that F is representable by a logic formula defined under the operations of fuzzy algebra. In this paper we present a unified approach to the theory of fuzzy switching mechanisms, their properties, simplification, enumeration and applicability to the analysis of certain computer science related problems.
