Abstract :
3D modeling of pipe-die for pre-stressed concrete centrifugal square pile is conducted basically using CATIA software in this paper. The developed digital model is imported to ANSYS software for vibration modal analysis, thus gaining natural vibration frequency of each order of pipe-die and the corresponding vibration mode. Finally, valuable suggestions on the structure design of centrifuge have been proposed.
