Urban water property management systems and investment countermeasures in Henan Province

Based on analysis of the present urban water property management, the urban water business investment and structure in Henan Province were studied, which include government, bond, stock, foreign and civil investment, etc. Secondly, the problems existed in the development of cities in Henan Province were analyzed to put forward the main causes of water supply enterprise loss. Finally, the countermeasures of water property reformation and development of cities were studied. The results should play reference value in realization of scientific city planning, improvement of water property policies and water supply and drainage standard, development of multi-investment channels for urban water supply and drainage as well as promotion of urban water supply and drainage and water business market.
