  • Abstract
This paper introduces the function of the PWM rectifier line reactance and then analyzes the relationship between maximum change rate of grid side input sinusoidal current at zero point and maximum power which it can withstand. Based on the analysis, the upper limit value of the inductance is calculated according to the speed tracking requirements when current cross zero point. A correction factor is applied to make the calculation of maximum average rate of increase more accurate when calculating the maximum average increase rate of current for zero crossing point. The correction factor is obtained by considering the possible switch combination. In the end, the simulation model of the system is established in the matlab/simulink platform. Simulation of different inductor value is completed. The simulation results show the correctness and feasibility of the method.
