Abstract :
An accurate systematic approach is presented to properly characterize the arbitrary shaped planar structures embedded in layered media. The uniqueness of the present approach is to use the matrix pencil techniquE: to analyze the current distribution obtained from moment method solution, and to evaluate the electric parameters associated with the incident and reflected waves.
