Young Internet users who chase novelties, fashions, avant-garde practices suffer from it enormously. Research findings show that most young drug addicts are Internet users. In view of the Internet being a double-edged sword, it is a matter of utmost urgency to establish effective publicity and education positions of drug control for the youth by using the Internet. It is also necessary to create the public atmosphere of drug control via the Internet, to form publicity and education task forces to implement Internet anti-drug strategies , to reform publicity and education patterns of Internet anti-drug campaigns, and to develop and excavate drug control resources on the Internet.
