Organizational learning on school and its model design based on information technology

Organizational Learning theory bring the learning on the strategic aspect, Learning become the key that individual, organize, and even whole country and world survive and develop. This paper drawn experience from the domestic and international enterprise research of organizational learning excavated its impact on educational field. At first, studied the basic problem of the Organizational learning on school and analyzed the important questions. Then discussed the Resources in school conditions, and planed to build a model of organizational learning on school based on information technology, and analyzed the functions of the model, perhaps of realize and problems. Finally, proposed some thinking to organizational learning on school model.
