  • Abstract
    Abstract-With the development smart pipe, in recent years, the PCC architecture attracts more and more attention. In this paper, firstly, it analyzes the existing standardized architecture based on the PCC, and the research of QoE at home and abroad, and then points out of the existing shortcomings in the PCC architecture; Secondly, it introduces QoE to the PCC architecture QoE innovatively, and proposes the PCC architecture design based on QoE, and insights into the changes in the structure of each module and works; To verify the practical value of the architecture, it designs and implements PCC prototype system based on QoE of the typical business, and the system for each functional module and application scenarios are given in detail; Finally, intelligent user experience that the application of pipeline the prospects and challenges of smart pipe based QoE are introduced.
