  • Abstract
    A new diagnostic tool is presented for nondestructive dielectric tests. It is especially intended for the onsite testing of HV apparatus, characterized by comparative high capacities, such as power cables. The procedure is based on a nonconventional transient voltage stress for the evaluation of characteristic dielectric properties
