  • Abstract
    The analysis was conducted using the virtual emulation technology linked with the SimMan 3G which is a high-end simulation system, in order to establish the virtual rescue Mechanism for Public Emergencies. The virtual simulation to help the safety of rescuer determined rescue strategy and help to enhance the training efficiency in complex locomotive field environment. The implement of the staff-training model provides more scientific reinforcement learning to enhance significantly rescue skills and psychological adjustment of rescue worker in various public emergencies rescue.
