Abstract
Precise mobilization of civil transport resources is to implement the precise control for civil transport resources, in order to achieve real-time processing transportation needs, timely appropriate guarantee to ensure transportation needs for emergency rescue and disaster relief. This paper studies the forms and methods of organization for using GPS to implement precise mobilization of civil transport resources in order to reach the goal of resource conservation and lasting guarantee force.
