Abstract :
In this paper, a low complexity error concealment algorithm is proposed based on the intra prediction clarified in H.264/AVC standard, and the results shows a distinguish improvement in the computational implementation and the comparison simulation presents only 0.04 dB average differences in PSNR, while both have a good visual quality. Moreover, a robust image transmission system based on the JPEG baseline standard with block shuffling and error concealment is implemented over wireless fading channel.
