Abstract :
This paper presents the advanced CS channel estimation scheme for multi-carrier systems. The proposed scheme estimates jointly the coefficient and position of each path in the multi-path channel and the number of multi-path by the comparison of the estimated channel in the frequency domain. Consequently the proposed scheme does not require the prior knowledge of channel and also achieve good performance with reducing the negative effects of irregular pilot positions.
