Abstract :
This paper presents a sparse periodic linear array, which is designed using the effective aperture concept and optimized for multi-angle reflection ellipsometry measurements in the W-band (75-90 GHz). The optimization of the array is performed in order to achieve multi angle illumination of the object and high ambiguity suppression in the short range, for accurate phase measurements.
