Abstract :
The significance of flexible ferroelectrics based on electronic polymers is shown. The structures, properties, and techniques of ferroelectric polymers and their composite ferroelectric films are discussed. The experimental samples were based on the ferropolymer PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) including pure PVDF film, ferroblended polymer PVDF-PMMA, PVDF-PVC films, and composite piezoelectric and ferroelectric film. The study showed that the main research factors in flexible ferroelectric films were the making of flexible films, ferroelectric treatments, and ferroelectric structure
