  • Abstract
The dynamic-static cascade model may be a good first approximation of the baroreflex neural arc transfer characteristics. This simple model would help to summarize data on baroreflex dysfunction in cardiovascular diseases and to develop a sophisticated device that can replace the failed native vasomotor center.
