Abstract :
There are some problems, such as ldquonew productrdquo, ldquonew userrdquo and ldquocold startrdquo etc. in the current intelligent recommendation systems of e-commerce. To solve the above problems, we applied ontology technology in the intelligent recommendation of e-commerce and proposed a new intelligent recommendation method. Firstly, the concept of ontology was introduced and the ontology of e-commerce was built. Secondly, an intelligent recommendation method of e-commerce based on ontology was put forward. Furthermore, the working principle of the proposed method was analyzed and its core processes were described. Finally, the proposed method was proved to be rational and feasible via an experiment. The intelligent recommendation method can improve the efficiency of product retrieval and customer satisfaction.
