Abstract :
The emergency decision-making is the key of natural disaster emergency management and it is based on the efficiency management of the knowledge relative to the decision making. However, because of the complexity and diversity of the knowledge used in emergency decision-making, most of the proposed knowledge representation method failed to represent the emergency decision-making knowledge efficiently. To solve this problem, we present a knowledge representation method that integrates the natural disaster emergency knowledge into domain ontology to manage information and knowledge for supporting decision-making. Based on this method, we developed a emergency management system of natural disaster and the result shows the method is feasible and effective.
