Abstract :
This paper addresses two major concerns which will affect the future of wireless communications. The first concern is Mother-Nature´s limitations and the other is the human-made factors. In Mother-Nature limitations, there is the limited natural spectrum, capacity and wideband issues, technology effort, intelligent systems, and the information superhighway. In human-made factors; there is the timing issue, the government role, user´s interests, and the risk of a newly developed system. These issues are briefly addressed, raising the awareness of the various problems that lie ahead, but also by addressing the possible solutions of these problems early-on, we will be able to adjust our course as we move forward into great wireless communications in the future
