Abstract :
Government agencies seek to realize increased delivery efficiency and materiel capabilities for the warfighter by integrating new and existing technology assets through a shared Net-Centric approach. However, the ability to rely on these shared systems is limited by the level of Trust that all contributing parties share the same Policies. By embedding quality practices throughout the application design, delivery and integration lifecycle on a continuous basis, organizations can realize the necessary levels of quality certification in a Net-Centric environment, while still maintaining local authority over specialized needs.
