Abstract :
ReRAM is one of the most promising candidates for next generation high-speed non-volatile memory. Until now, no transparent and flexible memory is reported. In this paper, a transparent and flexible ReRAM based on CdO/TiO2/CdO/PET structure is demonstrated, which show typical unipolar resistive switching characteristics.
