Abstract :
The main research of this paper was on the effects of different microcuttage matrixes of taxue cuspidata upon rootting and seeding. Simplex-gravity mixing design was used to optimize microcuttage matrixes. Fifteen kinds of matrixes formula was obtained by combining four ingredients that were garden soil, river sand, sawdust and slag respectively. The growth condition of cutting shoot was investigated by quantitative analysis for root length, root number and root rate, and relevant models were established. In the meantime, the fitting root rate equation, fitting root length equation, fitting root number equation of different matrixes were achieved. Through analysising factor main effect of matrix formula model and optimizing matrix formula, the optimal matrix formula of microcuttage and rooting was obtained, which was mixed 62.07% garden soil and 37.93% river sand. This study provide theoretical guidance and technical support for factory fast breeding of taxue cuspidate.
