Abstract :
Apparent relativistic shift of the solar-system planets´ satellites observed from the Earth is computed using mathematical tools of the quaternion relativity theory capable to solve many non-inertial motion problems. It is shown that neglecting the effect in preliminary calculations of spacecraft orbits may entail difficulties in reaching the goal of the space missions.
