  • Abstract
This paper describes the development of a non-contact testing (NCT) system to monitor the electrical signals existing on dense printed wiring assemblies in the Army´s SINCGARS communication systems. The system specifications and characteristics are provided along with a description of the NCT workcell´s operational procedure
