  • Abstract
    Some preliminary results of the development of a hypertext based power system dynamics courseware are reported in this paper. The digital simulation of some typical power system dynamics using the Simulink of MATLAB is described first. Toolbook is then used to organize the text and graphics in an intuitive way. The results demonstrate the potential use of multimedia technology in power system education
