Knows the quantum computer

I am a researcher in Whole Science. There are practically two views concerning quantum computer: the first is of Pouling Science; the second is of Whole Science which is possessed by me. The wider the differences of these opposing views in computers are, the more people can get from it. The assumption is as follows: bring computer and quantum computer into Whole Science and Pouling Science respectively, and to carry out logical analysis. The result is: in computer, the expression of the number is fixed, while in quantum computer, the expression of the number is not fixed. Being fixed and not fixed are the opposing views of two kinds of computers.
