Abstract :
The error signal of physics system is sent to VCXO by the servo loop in the passive atomic frequency standard. The working parameters of electron circuit and the characters of atomic time affect the whole efficiency. The better measurement results based on the setting of the corresponding parameters such as servo time and phase shift of the modulation signal are given.
