Abstract
The construction of a novel and directionally sensitive multiple biosensor probe designed to localize the weaknesses of the pelvic floor muscles is presented. Probe is intended for clinical applications to evaluate the biomechanical properties of the perivaginal smooth and skeletal muscles. In addition system is designed to evaluate the dynamic distribution of pelvic floor forces during voluntary contraction and ability to transduce forces generated by the pelvic floor to the urethra and associated structures.
