Abstract :
A new MOS transistor nonlinear negative resistance, with respect to A New Negative Resistances Oscillator Model proposed by Walker and Connely, is proposed. A mathematical model for the voltage-current equation is shown. We present the mathematical properties of the associated nonlinear differential equations for a single-mode LCR network oscillator. The method of the harmonic balance is used to calculate an analytic approximation to the limit-cycle parameters
