Abstract :
The program using for obtaining the second derivative spectra from the X-ray diffraction patterns is gotten, based on the software MATLAB. By using this program, the second derivative fingerprints of standard sample SiO2 and snow Rhodiola can be obtained. The results show that the program can not only effectively solve the diffuse XRD pattern analysis of Plants Tibetan medicine, but also has the function of zooming.
