Abstract :
A design scheme of a fault tolerant control system based on imprecise fault identification and reconfigurable robust control is proposed in the paper. The proposed method can be implemented online and in real-time. This method reduces the time delay between the onset of the fault and the controller reconfiguration so that the system stability after the fault occurrence can be recovered in a shorter period of time. Finally, the desired system performance is regained through progressive control reconfiguration
