Abstract
The strategy of troops deployed for the modern counter-terrorism encounters various problems. Such as the complicate environment, the uncertain information and lots of relative factors. In this paper, the uncertain number and the strategic guidance of troops deployed for the counter-terrorism is studied by the uncertain mathematic method. The condition density and the density type mathematics expectation is defined, the condition density matrix of troops deployed for single target is obtained and optimized. Furthermore the condition density matrix for multi target is calculated by the mathematics expectation of maximum value density type. This model overcomes the limitations of the traditional known method and provides a more practical Theoretical basis for the decision maker.
