Abstract :
In order to catch production logistics information automatically, real time, exactly and detailedly, the viewpoint of based on data acquisition monitoring model of work in process(WIP) status was put forward. The hiberarchy and key content of WIP status were described particularly in this paper. By analyzing production logistics mode of discrete manufacturing enterprise and studying real time data acquisition technology, the concept of monitoring model of lean production logistics operation is put forward , which model is based on the real time data acquisition combining the characteristics of tracking and managing WIP in production workshop. The WIP status monitoring model and computing expressions are given in this paper on the basis of status identification and tracking to WIP. It is pointed out the intelligent data acquisition and sensor network technologies are key points of realizing lean production logistics. Finally, the lean production logistics operation monitoring model is presented by analyzing the structure of the production logistics monitoring system. The development of the monitoring applying system proved the model is practicable and algorithmic expressions are correct.
