Abstract :
Summary form only given. A computer simulation of a cardiovascular model is used to determine the optimal pressure profiles for the G-suit for different gravity profiles. A closed-loop controller with a feedforward compensation is proposed to produce these optimal pressure profiles. Simulation results showing the improvement in G-protection with the optimum anti-G suit valve have been obtained
