Abstract :
In this paper we present necessary and sufficient conditions for regulation of linear systems over rings using observers and causal dynamic state feedback systems. In particular, these results are used to obtain stabilizability conditions for systems over integers, systems parameterized by polynomial functions (families of systems), delay-differential systems and to make 2-D systems nonrecursive.
