  • Abstract
    In recent years, there has been a dramatic proliferation of research concerned with the technological Service System. Industry develops new technologies and uses innovative technology to improve products and processes. Technological service systems improve service processes or develop new business models using innovative technology. To understand the development of service system technology, patent citation network is utilized to analyze dynamics of technologies driving innovation in the service system. Also, a three dimensional contour map is created to visualize service system patents for direct understanding of dynamic evolution of service system to be used as an evidence for generating policy and management implications.
