Abstract :
In order to achieve intelligent feedback tracking of moving target, an embedded system for recognition and tracking of moving target based on the DSP chip and Camshift algorithm was designed. The system uses frame difference method to recognize the moving target and Camshift algorithm to track the moving target. Controls of the PTZ are used to track its moving path. The system demonstrates good performance in effectiveness, real-time response and strong anti-interference ability as tracking a single moving object.
