Abstract
IT/IS project evaluation is a notorious thorny issue, which puzzles researchers a lot. This paper attempts to propose a comprehensive approach to IT/IS project evaluation. This approach is based on the basis of some powerful systems thinking (SSM), well proven methodology (balance scorecard, and change management) and mature quantitative tool (AHP), which are described as appropriate to shed light on the rationale of the evaluation procedure
