Abstract
This research-driven "digital Hubei \´construction and development, to ensure the authority of Hubei public digital data and the current trend It is also aim to improve the level of informatization services and government scientific decision-making; to break down departmental barriers of information and to achieve the information sharing and interoperability, reduce administrative costs; to enhance the city\´s comprehensive competitiveness, to upgrade the city image. This essay first introduces the domestic and international macroeconomic policy framework and specific implementation aspects of related research; then analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of digital Hubei\´s development strengths and its future opportunities or future challenges, to study their needs, to establish the distribution of future investment projects in digital industry of Hubei Province; at the last, to provide the strategies and recommendations for speed up the development of "digital Hubei", which including digital technology is a prerequisite; do the top-level design of e-government well; government, business and academia to participate.
